“Everyone knows smoking is harmful, yet few quit.” This situation closely mirrors the current deep immersion in digital life —— 77% of people feel they spend too much time on screens, yet for various ‘reasons’ prevent change. This project intends to inspire effective digital detox, rather than merely disseminating information and awareness. Design tools include animated billboards for raising cognisance, treasure maps to incentivize participation, and auto-reply functions that enhance analogue engagement.
These components form a design system characterized by visual allure, emotional engagement, gamification, and targeted at effectively guiding individuals towards balance. This enhances real-world interactions and improves holistic well-being.
