AR-Powered mock-up can enhance the mock-up process by providing more immersive, interactive experiences.
Traditional mock-up tools in graphic design, such as Photoshop, often lack realism and require designers to repeatedly work through a complex interface.
However, AR-powered Mock-up platform can boost emotional responses during design while provide user low mental effort .This suggests designers can focus more on creativity, with improved collaboration and more efficient communication.

Do users like it or not? Let’s test it!

A within-subject study was conducted to determine whether AR mock-ups can enhance user emotions and reduce mental effort.
Participants were asked to fill out two forms: the Paas (1992) Mental Effort Rating Scale to assess their cognitive load, and Emotrak to measure their emotional responses during the AR mock-up experience.
The final results indicate that AR mock-ups significantly enhance user emotions by boosting emotional responses . Users reported greater engagement compared to traditional methodsand low mental effort.
