This project aims to empower young Chinese women who are just entering society by helping them consider breaking free from familial control and to enhance their ability to make independent choices.
The project uses an engaging digital puzzles to attract the interest of peers and employs a 2D game that subtly conveys the feeling of being controlled through everyday details. As players solve puzzles, their empathy gradually increases, allowing them to relate the game’s scenarios to their own lives. Ultimately, like in the game, they are encouraged to seek and explore ways to break free from such control.
