I am a UX designer with graphic design skills, focusing on systematic thinking, along with clear design communication and delivery.
Secondary research shows that tourism sometimes harms the environment and cultures, highlighting the need for responsible tourism. Then, according to the research, I define responsible travel as going green, staying eco-friendly, travelling safely, and respecting locals.
I gather a lot of data through secondary and primary research. I analyse the data using the affinity diagram and the sweet spot, which leads to two important insights.
Here is the stakeholder map and the main opportunities. The direct stakeholders include certified hotels, insurance companies, local restaurants, traffic information providers, and various stores. The indirect stakeholders include environmental organizations, social media, and others. For young travellers, my service saves time and energy. For local people, it helps showcase and spread local culture while making use of resources.
