The shuttlecock collector is a straightforward and efficient shuttlecock gathering mechanism meant to improve badminton training experience. The collector’s user-friendly V-shaped design easily gathers, lifts, and organizes shuttlecocks, reducing human effort and enhancing training efficiency. It is designed for durability and ease of use, providing an effective option for both amateur and professional badminton scenarios, making shuttlecock collection simple and effective.
There are 31 components totally, while most of it are able to be assemblied via slots, screws and shafts.
The 4 following pictures illustrate the whole processes for collecting shuttlecocks.
The shuttlecocks will be collected via brush roller in front and transfered on the top of the top of the belt.
Then, the shuttlecocks will be smoothly transfered to the sorting part.
The shuttlecocks will be self-orientated as the feather side is much lighter than the base.
Lastly, shuttlecocks will stack in-line with the sorting blocks and the guide slots.
